Company phone representatives are nice and very easy to deal with. I like the free return policy. This set is adequate, I'm returning the sheet set as they cannot guarantee which of two colors you will receive. This set looks much better in the photo than in person. The fabric wrinkles easily and I don't like the texture of the fabric. I thought it would be more cotton-like, but it's more like rayon fabric. It's okay for awhile but I'll be ordering a different set for fall. Their prices vary depending on where you buy their products. They sell on Amazon, eBay, etc. I saw this set for three different prices, so check around first.

This is very nice and colors are very true to the picture. Wish I would have noticed the sheets were white before I ordered them too but that was my fault.
