We ordered 2 New "Comfortzen Toppers" one to replace our old one (we bought at Kohls) and one for our daughter. We opened ours..boy that was a challange..took forever to roll it apart...it was a wrinkled puffy and flat. Directions said to lay it out for 24 hours before using it. We then rolled our daughters out. It was so easy and immediatly started to fill out. Well today ours is stll flat and kinked and wrinkled and my daughters was perfect. I was so disappointed so I called the 1-800 number on the warranty card and spoke to Crystal. They were absolutly wonderful! They said it was a defective Topper and they asked me to take pictures of the topper, the tag on the cover, my receipt, and the UPC label from the box and email it to them. I did all this on my phone and sent it to them...5 min later I got a email stating my new Comfortzen Topper had shipped and I would receive it tomorrow!!!! I was so shocked...best customer service ever!Comfortzen is the best ever...buying this product you can rest assured they will take care of you...

Didn't buy mine from Amazon but wanted to share a review. Husband wanted this for his sore back. Actually, he wanted a whole new bed -- one of those $5k ones. I said NO. We compromised and decided to give this a shot. I was only doing it to humor him. But, I'm now a convert! Both of us sleep very comfortably, no more stiff morning-backs, and best of all we saved ourselves like $4900!My MIL came for a visit, and we gave her our bed for the week, and she said she has never slept better in her life. Especially good to hear as she's got a few health problems which have made sleeping difficult.Try this product and you won't be sorry.

First let me say I have always tried temperpedic and all other memory foam products. I never found ANYTHING I liked. It either was Too firm, felt like you were being wrapped like a mummy, gets very hot, retains its shape so when moving it disturbs you as you must 'sink in' to your new position as the 'old position' SLOWLY moves back to it's regular form.NEVER did I find ANY memory foam product that I liked.Been looking at new beds. Pretty shocked at how expensive they are even for a 'middle of the line' mattress and the top of the line are ridiculously high priced.Tried at Select Comfort/Sleep Number because I know so many people that have them and LOVE them. I myself was quite disappointed. Laying on one of their top of the line beds that was like $5k, and I swear I just looked at the manager and said "I have no doubt that many love this bed as I know many who do...but my opinion was it was A $5k air mattress with some pillowtop material for comfort, but was not comfortable at all"...I was really shocked to be honest because I really do know a lot of people who love them...but not me....and I couldnt even feel comfortable on their top of the line models no matter how many times I tried.On a 'whim' I grabbed this memory foam topper at our local warehouse club for eighty nine dollars. Grabbed a DELUX 18inch AEROBED from same store for eithy nine dollars also....Was not expecting much but WOW!! The first night I layed down and was really shocked how AWESOME it felt...Felt BETTER then $1500 - $5000 beds I tried all over. But figured 'lets see how I sleep'.....Well, I normally toss and turn all night and am a very light sleeper so again, wasn't expecting much even tho it was so awesome feeling when I first layed down. All I know is I woke up 9 hours later in the exact same position I fell asleep in. No heat or sweating, no tossing and turning, first time i've slept 9 straight hours without tossing/turning or waking up since I was a child.Man was I impressed but figured I'd give it a few days and see what happens...It just got better each night!!! I mean 100 times better then ANY $5k bed I tried!!! And what was really cool is since the aerobed is 'adjustable' you can adjust it very easily to make it firmer or softer. Absolutely awesome!! FAR BETTER THEN SELECT COMFORT/SLEEP NUMBER...In fact, I've been sitting here amazed that people pay huge bucks for those beds when this is FAR MORE COMFORTABLE and awfully cheap!!The Aerobed I used was 18inches so figured I'd try it on a lower profile aerobed so I grabbed one for twenty four dollars that I believe is 8 inches (may be 10). It was just as good as with the higher priced 18inch aerobed!!So, twenty four bucks for aerobed and eightynine for the mem foam topper (4lb density) and I am more comfortable then on ANY BED I TRIED, EVEN ONES THAT COST $5k or more!!!Im really shocked it is as good as it is....laying on back, sides, stomach....Very comfy, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, back pains...ALL GONE and I SLEEP instead of tossing and turning non stop and I rarely wake up during sleep whereas before, I doubt I went 30 minutes without waking.And yes, I do think it is awesome that you can easily and quickly add or remove some air to get it just perfect.Also, btw, mine had no odor at all. Maybe it all seeped out as it sat on the shelf in the store, but it had no odor at all....Nor did it take any time to 'properly expand'. I just opened the box, tore off all the plastic it was wrapped in and in less then 30 minutes I was putting on the sheets and etc and off to bed I went.Very thankful I tried this prior to purchasing an expensive bed. I was highly skeptical I would like it, but WOW was I wrong. So for around one hundred and fifeteen dollars I have an adjustable bed, that is 100 times more comfy then beds that cost an arm and a leg......Got a neighbor who has the select comfort sleep number who swears by it. Told him I splurged on their top of the line series (performance or innovative, I forgot which one was tops)....He has a 'lesser model'. Layed down on mine and the next wors out of his mouth were "I told you you would love this bed and Da*n this is a lot more comfy then my model...I may just have to splurge and upgrade to this model I like it so much"....When I told him he was laying on a combo air mattress and mem foam topper that was around one hundred and fifeteen dollars, he thought I was joking until I showed him.....Needless to say, as much as he loves his bed, he is really bummed he paid $2200 for his yet is more comfy on my cheap combo i thru together. He even called the store he got his bed at and told the manager all this....The manager was skeptical of course, but the facts are what they are.....for under $120, you can have a bed that BLOWS AWAY any other top of the line, high dollar bed out there!!I'd love to see Select Comfort put one of these in their stores and tell customers it is 'our best and most comfy bed' and let them see customers reactions who try it and agree that it IS THE MOST COMFY BED IN THEIR STORE!!!
