Great Bed frame ,But It broke after several years

So this is one heavy bed nothing cheap or flimsy about the actual frame. But the center supports that are there to support the mattress and box spring have failed. The actual feet that adjust to support them have stripped out ND SHOVED UP INSIDE OF THE ACTUAL LEGS. if you try to "unscrew them " they fall out or feel out by them selves. When I contacted the manufacturer they offered to provide me new parts but they come as a kit. So I have to buy side rails that I do not need to just get the center supports. 150.00 for most parts I do not need. its a shame that such well made bed had such a cheaply made important part. trying to decide to spend the money or just junk it and go with a better built brand.still in great shape but makes noise every time you move in the bed due to lack of support.

I have been watching this bed for several months. I was alerted that price had dropped so I ordered it. It arrived by local delivery. Very heavy!!!!! It was easy to put together(30 min max) I used a canister to hold rails while i screwed them in, with extra screws left over. Yes I checked all holes to make sure I didn't miss something. It is VERY sturdy & looks just like the pictures. It has a rough antique feel & color. The design of iron work is beautiful. I love it & recommend it to everyone. Thanks Amazon!!!!
