beautiful but not sure if it's sturdy

I loved this bed frame the moment I saw it...the details on it matched the night stand and book case that I got for my kid...when I tried putting it together, I noticed the 3 slabs of thin wood that came w/ it that are supposed to go on the bottom to hold the mattress looked really flimsy...I was worried weather or not they can support the weight of the mattress AND ppl on top of it...so far it's ok...but I get really nervous when my husband tries to sit on it to read a book to my kid every nite....

Good for the price and for a guest bed

Nice bed. It did break easily - so it's not quite as sturdy as i would like, but it works well for the price and as a guest bed (or for a child). not quite sturdy enough for a full time adult bed. looks nice and easy to put together.

Defect filled Bed

I purchased this bed in August and it was great. I loved it from the beginning. During the last 6 months there have been these ugly yellow spots popping up on the paint/wood and getting progressively worse. Since I am not within the 30 day return policy window or 7 day defect window. I can't get a refund or a new product.I therefore do NOT recommend this product at all. Such a cheap piece of crap in my opinion. For a company that "stands by it's products" per their website they aren't standing by mine just because I am out of the policy window. So much for customer satisfaction.Do NOT buy this product.
