I have night sweats and would wake up with damp PJ's. I ordered this blanket and the first night I used it there was a big difference. It is spendy but worth it.

I didn't buy this blanket from seller though I tried and they didn't have the color in stock, so I ordered directly from the company. Blanket feels rough so be sure to have a flat sheet under it. It does help with hot flashes at times but I still seem to feel warm under it. The major complaint I have about this blanket is that it snags very easily! I have loose strings all over the place. Not sure if it's worth the money if you're looking to have this blanket last. I was not very satisfied with it considering the cost.

I have ordered this blanket because the "hot flashes", but it does not work AT ALL. I have tried it for 3 nights and really IT DOES NOT WORK. It is just a regular blanket, I did not feel any difference. I still felt hot at night with room temperature around 70 deg. I was warm as usual...it did not work for me.
