Faulty parts, no customer service

I receive this frame and the middle fold on the one side had some cheap defective plastic parts that failed after only after 2 days use. I emailed the company requesting replacement parts but never heard back from them or received the parts. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone else.

Someone has reinvented the bed frame. Good news is it is extra sturdy and so comfortable you will not need a box spring.
