Glideaway's DRK80 Steel Support bed frame replaces and upgrades wooden side rails that hook into a headboard and hook into a foot board. This lower frame includes steel replacement side rails, 3 metal cross support bars made of hardened steel, and 7 legs for long lasting support both you and your bed needs while lowering the bed 3 1/2 inches. (Wood Headboard and foot board are pictured to illustrate how the bed frame is attached and are not included)

The DRK 80 Side Rails can be used to replace your existing bed sides while lowering your entire mattress set a whopping 3 1/2 inches The great thing is they are beefed up and loaded with extra support to last for many years to come. Glideaway utilizes three cross support bars that have 7 feet.

Our system is a patented, slat-less hook rail frame system that hooks into a bed with a head board and footboard. Glideaway rails are strong and heavy duty. They are shaped from 4 inch wide hardened carbon steel which provides necessary support strength. The down hooks have flattened ends that flex the sides for a snug and safe fit. The L shape of the rolled steel provides complete support along the entire length of the boxspring and it requires no wooden slats.

The DRK80 steel center support has 3 cross supports that use a total of 7 legs and 7 threaded feet that are adjustable. It will sit 8" to 11" off the floor for superior level of support. Approximately 82" long - leaving just enough space to make the bed between the mattress at the headboard and foot board.
