I ordered this bed thinking that I was going to receive it complete, since I filtered the options on others that clearly stated they sold the items separately and this was one option that apparently shipped complete. i even read the page three times over to make sure of this.So i awaited patiently only to come to find out when I received two packages that i was missing a headboard. I contacted the company thinking that perhaps they had made a mistake and failed to ship me a main component of the bed. To my surprise they replied and let me know that the headboard had to be purchased separately. WTF?! Why the heck would i buy a base and a footboard but no headboard?Needless to say I requested a return only to be surprised once more and find out that their return system is even worse. I asked for an RA and they sent me the number, but no return label to return it with and they also said 30% is going to be deducted for restocking purposes... which means they are now going to keep 100 and some dollars out of the 300 paid PLUS I have to pay out of my own pocket to return them their stuff (which they most likely will not refund either)just so they can put the box back in stock to rip someone else off.This truly is sad as the bed is beautiful but with business like this it's not worth wasting your time.

Item arrived as described and complete. Lovely finish.Bed was wasy to assble. I did not have any issues described by other reviewer. I am very happy with this purchase.

Easy to assemble and looks just as pictured. Color was as described. My 18 year old is in love w. Her bed!
