We had a 10" memory foam mattress before switching to this bed and we had become very unhappy with it. We'd wake every morning with aches and pains and thought maybe we were just getting older so it came with the territory but we went away on vacation and slept on an air mattress and woke up each day with no aches and pains.I was unsure how I'd like a bed this firm, but we actually love it so far. It feels very supportive and comfortable. We are both sleeping soundly on it and waking up without aches and pains. I've had a persistent pain in my left shoulder blade for the last year and I don't have it this week. That could be coincidental but I'm thinking it's because we switched beds.Comes with a brochure that has detailed instructions, do's, don'ts, care and warranty instructions in both English and Spanish.We have only been using this bed for about a week and I will come back to update my review after a few months use. My experience is sometimes what you feel about a bed when you first get it isn't the same as you feel about it after using it for a while.*Update after 6 weeks* We like it just as much as we did that first week. Still no aches and pains and we are sleeping good on it. I will update again down the line to say how it holds up.*Update after 4 months* Still liking it just as much as we did the first week and sleeping good in it. We really like this bed.

My wife has had hip pain for months and blamed our old mattress. Now we have a great nights sleep!! Her because her hip pain is almost gone and me because I dont have to hear it anymore!!
